Alparta 1.6: the AI consultant now works in MAX

More and more buyers message companies in MAX. Now our AI consultant answers them there too, in your company bot, day and night.

🔌 How to connect. Everything is self-service in our bot @ALPARTABot, command /bots. Create a bot at business.max.ru ("Chat bots", then "Integration" and "Get token") and send the token. A Telegram bot token from @BotFather works too, and you can add the second bot later. Then six short questions about your business: send the price list as a file and the website as a link. About ten minutes, and the consultant is answering.

💬 What it does. Answers with your prices, addresses, delivery times and FAQ, understands voice messages. When a buyer is ready to purchase, the consultant collects the name and contact and sends you the lead right away.

🧠 Learns from your answers. If the answer is not in the knowledge base, the consultant says it will check and forwards the question to you in @ALPARTABot. Your reply goes to the buyer and is remembered for next time.

🔗 One knowledge base for everything. The Telegram bot, the MAX bot and the website window share one knowledge base: add something once, and all three know it.
