1. Alparta services (Kulisa Data auto parts database, AI consultant, storefront for shops on ABCP and other modules) are provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs under the selected plan.

2. Data access is counted by requests within the plan limit. Transferring data to third parties as a standalone product, sharing access keys, and automated collection beyond the limit are not allowed.

3. Payment is made by invoice. The plan is valid from the payment date for the paid period.

4. We strive for uninterrupted operation, but we are not responsible for lost profits during interruptions in the operation of services and data sources.

5. Questions and claims are accepted through the «Help» section in your account.
