Alparta 1.5: new dashboard and website

🧭 A guided dashboard. The "Next step" block and the setup checklist show what to do next. Each service has its own card with the trial end date, and the database demo turns on with one button.

💳 Plans and payment. Plans are now clear cards, with a "How to pay" section next to them. Questions go to Telegram: @alex_alparta. The dashboard works well on a phone.

🔎 New website. The first screen says "Any car part in a second" and has a live search. Stores get their own section and a free month; buyers and repair shops get bots in Telegram and MAX. Case studies of Kulisa, OSTROV and Avtopartner are added.

📦 The database grows. Plus 9.8 million part numbers, parts for Chinese cars and the Turkish market.

🌍 English and speed. The English version is at /en/, and pages load faster.
